Removing sealant is a time consuming and tedious job. SUNAERO created the Rapid Desealing System (RDS) to quickly break up the sealant and make it much easier to remove. With the SUNAERO Rapid Desealing System, sealant can be removed 40 times faster than desealing by hand.

Our experience and technology help save time. Our training courses will teach you to save repair time by utilizing technology. Most current procedures for repairing aircraft were written in the 1950’s. SUNAERO has developed technology that expedites repairs and brings aircraft maintenance into the 21st century.
Our mission, is to help operators reduce the ground time of their aircraft. We are equipped to quickly provide advice on structural repairs and, if requested, send a specialized team to perform the repair work with our Emergency Response organization. Last but not least, we also offer R&D services, on request. This allows an operator to develop new production processes, or new repair methods, without being involved in fundamental research. We benefit from a strong collaboration with university engineering.
We conduct manufacturer certified trainings in various fields, such as:
