Our exclusive patented Rapid Curing Device (RCD) technology provides quick curing of sealants, paints and adhesives.
We use our infra-red emitters called the 28Vdc Thermoreactors, to give energy to the material that needs to be cured. This process works at low temperature so it is safe to operate inside the fuel tanks. This process does not change the molecular properties of the material.
We integrate 28Vdc Thermoreators into transportable devices (Rapid Curing Device) for repair on operational aircrafts and in industrial systems for aeronautical production and maintenance workshops (see Industrial Applications).
Rapid Curing Device...
The Sunaero - Rapid Curing Device is a very compact 28Vdc Thermoreactor system. Very easy to transport, set up and use, especially for emergency repairs. The touch-sensitive screen displays information, in real-time, allowing the operator to control the curing operation in progress.
Typical aircraft sealants can take 24 hours to cure. Our Rapid Curing equipment can cure most sealants (B-1/2 & B-2 type), in four hours or less.
All the items required are stored inside two sturdy and waterproof cases:

Sunaero design specific industrial systems equipped with 28Vdc Thermoreators for all curing needs in aeronautical production and maintenance workshops.
Industrial oven or portable units, those systems are designed according to customers' specifications.
Sunaero is ISO9001 certified and our laboratory stay at the customer disposal to evaluate the specific curing time for the final application.
